02 — CUTTING
Computerized pattern grading and automated panel cutting for consistent athletic garment sizing.
03 — PRINTING
High-definition dye sublimation printing, screen graphics, or heat transfer logo applications.
04 — STITCHING
Reinforced seam assembly, double flatlock stitching, and stress-point bar-tacking.
05 — FINISHING
Thread trimming, ironing, garment shaping, and placement of custom tags and neck labels.
06 — QUALITY & PACKAGING
Visual inspection against agreed specifications followed by individual polybag packaging.
